Screenshots are not accepted. PAYMENT TERMS & METHODS • This site accepts VISA & MASTERCARD Debit or Credit Cards, FPX, GrabPay, Apple Wallet & Google Pay. For card transactions kindly ensure that the card used is enabled for online and international transactions. • Tickets are subjected to 6% processing fee before checkout. • In the occurrence that your payment method is declined or not supported kindly contact your bank to allow the transaction. Kindly state it is for Rel-Event or UberTickets. TERMS & CONDITIONS •All ticket holders agree to be bound by the rules and regulations set by the organizer of the event. •Customers need to register an account to make a purchase and will be responsible for their accounts and passwords. •Each ticket admits one person only. •Ticket sales are final and non-refundable except for absolute cancellation of event by the organizer/promoter. •Tickets purchased from an unauthorized ticket seller or ticket scalper is strictly prohibited and the event organizer/promoter reserves the right to cancel such tickets without compensation and/or refuse entry to the event. •The organizer reserves the right to postpone, cancel or change all or any part of the event at any time without incurring any liability for loss or hardship. •Ticket holders, in their act of attending this event, agrees to assume all responsibilities personally for all the risks and dangers incidental to the event, whether occurring before, during or after the event in and/or around the venue. •No professional equipment is allowed without the prior written consent from the organizer. No backpacks or bags (larger than A4 size) are allowed at ALL the events. There will be bag checks upon entering all the event venues as well. •By holding tickets to the event, the attendee agrees to be searched for any prohibited items, including but not limited to weapons, illegal substances, recording devices, food & drinks. •To redeem your wristband, the ticket holder must present the e-ticket or ticket at the wristband redemption counter. •Event wristbands must be collected by ticket holders/purchaser only to enter the event. •The ticket holder shall be responsible for all ticket and wristband after it have been collected. Tickets or wristbands lost or damaged will not be replaced and are not eligible for refund. •In cases where refunds are initiated funds will be returned minus processing fees where applicable and to the respective transaction account used during purchase. Process may take up to 30 days from date of initiation. •The organiser reserves the right to deny entry or evict the ticket holder by any means necessary off the premises for any reason that may be deemed harmful/disruptive to the peaceful and safe operation of the event without the possibility of a refund. •Event organizer/promoter reserves the right to blacklist purchaser if purchaser is found to be in breach of these terms and conditions. •If you are under 18 years old, you must be accompanied by your parents or a designated carer. •Children under 7 years old are not allowed to enter the venue.
